Swedish startups and scaleups are paving the way in developing technological innovations to address climate change. The Swedish Climate Startup Map aims to increase the visibility of companies devoted to accelerating the green transition, helping them to attract investment, customers, and talent, and ultimately scaling up their technologies.

Discover environmental startups and scaleups when we launch the full version of the Swedish Climate Startup Map. The Map features companies from all parts of Sweden offering a wide range of solutions and technologies for various industries. These companies were selected through a process that goes beyond carbon dioxide reduction to assess their climate performance from a holistic perspective.

During the session, you will have the chance to listen to representatives from the startups featured in the Map, including Anna Wiberg (CelluXtreme), Ingmar Rentzhog (We Don’t Have Time), John Nyström (Econans), Liam Hardey (Cellfion AB ), and Ulrika Molander (Greeniron H2 AB).

The Swedish Climate Startup Map was initiated by Sting in 2020 as part of Startup Climate Action, funded by Vinnova, to showcase startups working towards creating change and solving climate challenges. The initiative is now led by Chalmers Ventures, Dalarna Science Park, Ignite Sweden, LEAD, SISP Swedish Incubators & Science Parks, and Sting.

This joint project is made possible by the national initiative Omställningslyftet, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Tillväxtverket, Vinnova – Sweden’s Innovation Agency, and the Sustainable Energy Action, funded by the Swedish Energy Agency.
